Mr Riki Inuzuka, President and CEO of Central Japan International Airport said: "It is a great honor to receive the prestigious award of World's Best Regional Airport once again this year. Due to the spread of the COVID-19, the aviation industry around the world is in an extremely difficult situation. In spite of this, all staff at Centrair continued to work hard to provide a safe and secure environment for our customers. In addition, our efforts to prevent the spread of viruses and to improve services to offer a comfortable time for our customers have been thankfully evaluated. I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the customers and Centrair’s airport staff. Encouraged by this award, we will continue to work as 'Team Centrair' to improve our safe and secure environment services to meet the expectations of our customers."
