The 2025 World Airport Awards event will be held at Passenger Terminal EXPO in Madrid on the 9th April 2025. Referred to as the Oscars of the airport industry, a large guest attendance is expected at the 2025 awards event.
The awards event will take place at 5.45 pm on the 9th April 2025, at Passenger Terminal Expo 2025 being held at Ifema, Madrid, Spain.
The World Airport Awards are regarded as a quality benchmark for the world airport industry, assessing customer service and facilities across more than 550 airports. There is no entry fee or any type of payment by an airport to participate in the survey or awards, with the entire survey and awards process funded by Skytrax.

Over 80 awards are to be announced at the 2025 World Airport Awards event in Madrid, which is staged in the exhibition hall of Passenger Terminal EXPO. Airport winners from across the world will be there to receive their accolades.
The online Airport Customer Satisfaction Survey operates from late August 2024 until the end of February 2025.
