The 2023 World Airport Awards will take place at Passenger Terminal EXPO in Amsterdam on the 15th March 2023

The 2023 World Airport Awards event will be held at Passenger Terminal EXPO in Amsterdam on the 15th March 2023. Referred to as the Oscars of the airport industry, a large guest attendance is expected at the 2023 awards in Amsterdam.

The awards event will take place at 5.30 pm, at PTE being held at RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The World Airport Awards are regarded as a quality benchmark for the world airport industry, assessing customer service and facilities across more than 550 airports. There is no entry fee or any type of payment by an airport to participate in the survey or awards, with the entire survey and awards process funded by Skytrax.

Over 80 awards are to be announced at the 2023 World Airport Awards event in Amsterdam, which is staged in the exhibition hall of Passenger Terminal EXPO. Airport winners from across the world will be there to receive their accolades.

The online Airport Customer Satisfaction Survey has been in progress since 2022, and customer voting levels have returned close to the pre-pandemic 2019 levels.
