World Airport Award™ airport rankings are based on passenger satisfaction measured on a post-travel basis. How to be eligible for the World Airport Awards?  There are no qualifications, other than being a bona-fide airport!  "To expect airports to subscribe for inclusion in a survey which subsequently determines their eligibility for an award is frankly laughable" said Plaisted.
