Regal Airport Hotel at Hong Kong International Airport has been named as the Best Airport Hotel
in Asia for the second, successive year at the 2012 World Airport Awards held at the Passenger Terminal EXPO in Vienna.
"The defining factors of success for any airport hotel are location, facilities and service and the Regal Airport
Hotel is clearly a a hit with customers on all of these fronts. The award as the World's Best Airport Hotel together
with the award for Best Airport Hotel in Asia are a real testament off the overall package offered to customers travelling
through Hong Kong, and the management and staff should be rightly proud of this success" said Edward Plaisted of SKYTRAX.

The Crowne Plaza Changi Airport achieved 2nd place, with Langham Place Beijing Capital Airport in 3rd. The
Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok was named in 4th place, with the Hyatt Regency Incheon in 5th.

WORLD 'S BEST AIRPORT HOTELS |

The Best Airport Hotel Awards recognise the finest airport hotels across the globe. A popular customer survey, over 927,000 airport hotel guests participated, drawn from 87 different nationalities.
A total of 375 airport hotels were included in the survey results. Hotel guests nominated their favourite airport hotel based on 16 key performance indicators of their experiences, the criteria including comfort and cleanliness of rooms, standard of food and beverage outlets and hotel staff service Quality. The location and ease of transfer between terminal and hotel
was also an important item of customer satisfaction.
