Incheon Int'l Airport : Winner of Best International Transit Airport Award The Passenger's Choice Awards

INCHEON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WINS AWARD FOR BEST INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT AIRPORT IN THE 2010 SKYTRAX WORLD AIRPORT AWARDS

The Skytrax World Airport Awards were announced at the first live Awards ceremony in Brussels, Belgium, as part of the Passenger Terminal Expo. Attended by top management from airports around the world, 30 different awards were presented by Skytrax Chairman, Mr Edward Plaisted.

Incheon International Airport (IIAC) was named winner of the Best Airport for International Transit award, ahead of Singapore Changi Airport (2nd) and Munich Airport (3rd). The Award for Best Airport for International Transit was presented to Ms Lee Hee Jung, Dep Executive Director of IIAC.

Commenting on Incheon International Airport success winning this Award, Skytrax Chairman, Mr Edward Plaisted said "Incheon International Airport has established itself over recent years as a passenger choice in terms of planning transit points around a particular airport. The fact that Incheon International Airport offers dedicated facilities to transiting Economy class customers underlines their dedication to ensuring the most enjoyable transit for their travellers."
