Zurich Airport : Winner of Best Airport Baggage Delivery Award The Passenger's Choice Awards

ZURICH AIRPORT WINS AWARD FOR BEST AIRPORT BAGGAGE DELIVERY IN THE 2010 SKYTRAX WORLD AIRPORT AWARDS

The Skytrax World Airport Awards were announced at the first live Awards ceremony in Brussels, Belgium, as part of the Passenger Terminal Expo. Attended by top management from airports around the world, 30 different awards were presented by Skytrax Chairman, Mr Edward Plaisted.

Zurich Airport was named as winner of the Best Airport Baggage Delivery award, ahead of Copenhagen Airport (2nd) and Kansai International Airport (3rd). The Award for Best Airport Baggage Delivery was presented to Mr Emanuel Fleuti, Head of Environment at Zurich Airport.

Commenting on Zurich Airport's success in winning this Award, Skytrax Chairman, Mr Edward Plaisted said "The prompt delivery of customer's baggage is a crucial element of an enjoyable travel process, and Zurich Airport is clearly providing not only high standards of efficiency in this area, but most importantly doing so on a consistent basis."
